Precauciones:
1. Verifique que el voltaje de salida de las turbinas eólicas coincida con el voltaje nominal de la batería.
2. Conecte en el siguiente orden, primero conecte los terminales positivo y negativo de la batería y luego conecte la salida de voltaje trifásico del ventilador.
3. Conecte cuidadosamente la batería y las turbinas eólicas al controlador de acuerdo con las instrucciones. Conectar la polaridad inversa o la posición incorrecta hará que el sistema funcione de manera anormal e incluso puede causar daños a los componentes del sistema.
4. Aunque el controlador ha tomado medidas de protección contra varios posibles accidentes, se recomienda encarecidamente que los usuarios sigan estrictamente los procedimientos operativos para evitar daños a la batería y al controlador.
Alambrado:
1. Conecte los “+” y “-” de la batería a los terminales positivo y negativo de la batería del controlador.
2. Conecte el voltaje de salida trifásico de las turbinas eólicas al terminal de entrada de voltaje trifásico del ventilador del controlador.
3. Cuando se requiera freno manual, corte el cable delgado rojo a la batería positiva, es decir, complete la función de freno manual. Para cancelar esta función, simplemente desconecte el cable rojo delgado.
Estado del indicador:
- Cuando el indicador verde de alimentación (BATERÍA) del controlador está encendido, indica que la batería está conectada correctamente.
- Cuando el indicador verde de acceso al ventilador (WIND) del controlador parpadea, indica que los aerogeneradores están conectados. La velocidad del parpadeo refleja la velocidad del ventilador.
- Cuando el indicador rojo (BRAKE) del controlador está encendido, la batería está completamente cargada, las turbinas eólicas se frenan automáticamente o el freno se activa automáticamente debido a la protección contra sobrecorriente.
