-Knob key:
①Long press for 3 seconds or more to switch the machine;
②Short press to switch the massage mode;
③Turn the knob forward (counterclockwise) to increase the massage intensity, and turn the knob backward (clockwise) to decrease the massage intensity;
④Double-click to turn on/off the constant temperature heating function.
⑤There are four massage modes: circulation, kneading, massage and acupressure.
⑥ There are 8 levels of massage intensity, and the default level is 0 when the massager beeps twice, indicating that the intensity has been adjusted to the maximum/minimum level.
-Sitting reminder button (in the middle of the body):
①Long press for 3 seconds or more to turn on/off the sitting posture reminder function.
②When the massager vibrates, it means that the current sitting posture is not good, please adjust it in time.
During the wearing process, please make sure that the three massage heads are in full contact with the neck skin

SHIPPING & RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
